One Voice for All

One Voice for All (2022)
Two versions: Mixed voices (SABar) and piano, or Unison voices and piano – both with optional descant.

Commissioned by the Romsey Festival of Youth Music, and first performed by massed school choirs in Romsey Abbey, Hampshire, UK, in October 2022, One Voice for All is a lively celebration of the joy of singing, and a call for peace, friendship, and care for the environment. The words are by the composer’s daughter Mary Bullard.

The melody, descant, and piano part for the two versions are identical, but the Unison Voice version is pitched a tone lower than the Mixed Voice version.
